I cannot say with 100% certainty but it’s highly likely that at least one of these is John Wesley Losey who was married to Minnie May McCloy, a cousin of my great grandfather James William McCloy, Sr. James William, Sr., his father James Madison and his father James William were all saddlers and harness makers in the Perry County area though the 2 elder McCloys were previously teamsters (stage and wagon drivers) who settled in Perry County about 1830. As far as I know there were no other Loseys living here except John 1865 – 1931 and his son John born about 1888. Unfortunately I spent the greater part of my childhood in the Childrens Home and thus have no family photos with which to compare but the person in the middle certainly looks like a McCloy and besides James there were brothers, Ulysses Grant, Charles and Herbert Arthur and the cousins William, David and another Charles McCloy. I don’t believe John Losey had any brothers, at least not in Perry County.
